AI Diagnosis — Blum Digital PR

What AI models say about your organization. In 5–10 business days.

Initial ACA-Score · Source map · Executive report · 90-day correction plan

The AI Diagnosis is a fixed-scope engagement that measures how leading artificial intelligence models represent an organization and delivers the initial ACA-Score together with a 90-day correction plan. In 5–10 business days from receipt of information, the organization has objective data on its current algorithmic standing. It is the mandatory entry point to all Blum Digital PR services.

What the AI Diagnosis is

Before designing any algorithmic reputation strategy, AI governance framework or crisis protocol, it is necessary to know exactly where the organization stands: what AI models say about it, what sources they use to construct that picture, how accurately, and in what types of queries the organization appears or disappears.

The AI Diagnosis answers those questions with documented evidence, not estimates. The result is the initial ACA-Score — the baseline from which any subsequent progress is measured — and an executive report that delimits the actual problem before investing in its solution.

What is included

Initial ACA-Score

Measurement of the organization’s representation in the most widely used AI models — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity — across the two dimensions of the ACA framework: Authority (frequency and rigor with which the model cites or attributes it as a source) and Credibility (accuracy with which it describes its positions, actions and field of specialization). The score is the documented starting point for any improvement project.

Source map

Identification of the sources models use to construct the organization’s representation: which publications, profiles, databases or owned content are being processed, which carry the most weight, and which are absent when they should be present.

Claims register

Documentation of exactly what models say when queried about the organization across different types of searches: sector, competitors, products, leadership, positioning. Includes correct, incorrect and incomplete claims, plus unsolicited associations detected.

Executive report with 90-day correction plan

Synthesis of findings prioritized by reputational impact and feasibility of correction. The 90-day correction plan translates findings into concrete actions, ordered by urgency and scope. It is the document that orients subsequent projects — whether algorithmic reputation, governance, training or crisis management.

For whom

  • Organizations that want to know exactly where they stand before investing in an algorithmic reputation project.
  • Communication agencies that need an objective baseline for a client’s algorithmic reputation.
  • Communications directors who have received alerts about what AI models say about their organization and need data before acting.
  • Organizations evaluating whether their algorithmic situation requires immediate intervention or a medium-term plan.

How it works

  1. Request and brief — Complete the contact form with basic information about the organization and its sector. Within 24–48 business hours we confirm the start of the diagnosis.
  2. Analysis — Application of the ACA framework and the RICFE and FACE protocols to the organization’s current representation in leading AI models. No access to internal systems, no lengthy questionnaires.
  3. Delivery — In 5–10 business days from confirmation: initial ACA-Score, source map, claims register and executive report with 90-day correction plan.
  4. Presentation session — Presentation of results with the team or management. Duration: 60 minutes. Questions about methodology are answered and the correction plan is clarified.

From diagnosis to project

The AI Diagnosis is an independent engagement: it delivers value on its own and creates no obligation to contract further services. When the organization decides to continue, the report directly indicates which Blum Digital PR service to prioritize:
